Our 5 apartments are situated in the Tisens low mountain range, at an altitude of 630 metres above sea level and just 15 km from both Bozen and Meran. Thanks to their unique location amidst orchards, vineyards and mountains, the apartments on our fruit-growing farm are the ideal holiday home for active holidaymakers and those seeking a leisurely break.
For hikers and wellness enthusiasts, for lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine and culture fans – Sunnleiter in Tisens is the perfect starting point for a variety of experiences in South Tyrol. There is a wide range of leisure activities within easy reach: from relaxing breaks in nature to sporting adventures and exciting trips into town.
All apartments are cosily furnished and equipped with modern amenities. In 4 apartments, private wellness oases offer an extra dose of relaxation. The prices quoted are per night and per apartment for 2 people. We charge €15 for children aged 0 to 11.99 years and €25 for guests aged 12 and over. Prices include final cleaning, bread roll service, internet (Wi-Fi), water, electricity, heating and the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which includes free use of all public transport.
What is included in the South Tyrol Guest Pass?
- All regional trains
- All regional buses, including city buses and intercity buses
- The cable cars of Ritten, Meransen, Kohlern, Mölten and Vöran
- The Ritten tram and the Mendel Cable Car
The prices quoted are subject to a local tax of €2.10 per person (aged 14 and over) per day.
Deposit
Your booking for the holiday apartment is considered binding as soon as we have received your deposit (€300 per week) via bank transfer.
Cancellation
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- You may cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
- From 1 month to 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- From 3 days before arrival, as well as in the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the full booking price.
Payment methods
We prefer payment of the invoice in cash or by bank transfer, but payment by debit or credit card is also possible.
Arrival and departure
Your suite will be ready for you from 3 pm at the latest on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 am.
Non-smoking property
We are a non-smoking property. Please smoke on the balcony or outdoors.
